1. CLASSICAL SAINT-PETERSBURG
8 days/7 nights

Programm of stay includes:

City tour - during this excursion you can see all the beauties of the "North capital" - the Saint Isaac square with the magnificent St. Isaac's Cathedral, the bronze horseman, the Admiralty, the residence of Russian emperors - the Winter Palace, the Savior on Blood, the field of Mars. The tour leads to the Peter and Paul fortress and Aurora. You will also see the house of Peter I, the spit of Vasilievskiy island, the Rostral columns and the Exchange building.

Excursion to the Russian Museum, the first state museum of Russian fine arts in the country. It was established in 1895 in St Petersburg by a decree of the Emperor Nicholas II. Its grand opening for visitors occurred on March 19 in 1898. The Russian Museum today is a unique depository of artistic treasures, a famous restoration centre, and an authoritative institute of academic research, one of the major cultural and educational centers in Russia.

Visit the Hermitage. The collection of the State Hermitage includes more than three million works of art and artifacts of the world culture. Among them are paintings, graphic works, sculptures and works of applied art, archaeological finds and numismatic materials.

Excursion to the Alexander Pushkin’s house, the famous place in the city.

Evening boat cruise along Neva river and canals with dinner.

Excursion to the Peter and Paul Fortess, with the excursion along the fortress.

Visit the St. Isaac Cathedral with the observation platform and Spilt on Blood Cathedral, which are famous for their beauty.

Excursion to the Peterhof (with the Grand Palace and the Lower Park), an exquisite summer residence of the Russian monarchs, which is known for its magnificent palaces, picturesque parks and unique fountains. The Peterhof Museum Complex is rightfully regarded as the "capital of fountains." Included in the state register of most valuable cultural objects of the Russian Federation, Peterhof now bears the proud title of one of the "Seven Wonders of Russia."

Visit the Oranienbaum (Lomonosov), the Chinese Palace and Park. It is a Russian royal residence, located on the Gulf of Finland west of St. Petersburg. The Palace ensemble and the city centre are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Visit the Tsarskoye selo, the old suburb of St. Petersburg and the former residence of the Russian Emperors. During this excursion you will visit the magnificent Catherine Palace with the famous Amber Room. Walking along the alleys of the Catherine Park you will see more than 100 architectural constructions from magnificent palaces to intimate pavilions and park sculptures.

2. WEEKEND IN SAINT-PETERSBURG
