Our company
Founded in April 1992. Natalie Tours is a tour operator with unblemished reputation on the Russian foreign tourist market. 2012 was an anniversary year for the company. Thus, a novelty in 2013 was Portugal, Maldives and Mauritius. Also to a great variety of resorts on the main destination, in Spain, Formentera island is added. Tour “Kaleidoscope” was added to Italian collection of tours together with the holidays on Sardinia island.
In 2013 the Natalie Group of Companies served 950 000 tourists and reached the turnover of 1 bn USD.
Our services
Natalie Tours is a multiproduct tourist operator, which specializes in mass market tours but taking into account individual needs of each customer. Our company repeatedly became the leader in number of Russian tourists that visited Europe.
Today Natalie Tours hold leading positions in many popular travel destinations: Spain, Italy, Greece, UAE, Thailand, Cyprus, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Mexico, France, Portugal, Mauritius, Austria, Maldives, Seychelles and Sea Cruises throughout the world.
We also provide online booking services of air tickets, hotels, cars and medical insurance all around the world.
Moreover, there is a special corporate client service department in the company called department of business tourism (Спорт). Many big famous companies became its clients.

Our unique products:
Natalie Tours is famous for its unique products that attract attention of many clients. The exclusive tour “Parents and children” is extremely popular for the 6th summer season running and offers vacation with children animation at resort hotels in Spain, Greece and Cyprus. The basis of the tour is game programs for children aged 2-5 (club “Zebra”) and 6-12 (club “Pirates”) at hotel mini-clubs.
Club holiday “Port Comfort”
In 2011 Natalie Tours offered a new unique club holiday program for families with children, individual tourists, groups of friends, couples and just married called “Port Comfort”.
“Port Comfort” is a club holiday with exclusive animation from Natalie Tours in the hotels of Spain, Greece and Cyprus. At the territory of a hotel one can choose anything that is after his heart - active rest, wellness programs, fitness, sport or fascinating and intellectual leisure time. There are animation programs for children of different ages in two mini-clubs “Zebra” and “Pirates”.
The novelty of the winter season 2013 is the opening of the club holiday “Port Comfort” in UAE.
Our employees
More than 400 people work at the central office. The company has retail offices in Moscow and representative offices in Yekaterinburg, Saint Petersburg, Samara, Rostov-on-Don, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk, Minsk. In 2010 Natalie Tours started working in Ukraine, in 2012 we opened office in Kazakhstan.
In 2009 Natalie Tours started its own franchising. More than a hundred of agencies represent Natalie Tours now and 18 of them are based in Moscow. Further development of franchising is planned.
The company also works with the agencies directly and via authorized agencies that can be found almost in all big cities of Russia. There are more than 5000 sales offices in Russia and the CIS where Natalie Tours products can be bought.
Our awards
For the years of work Natalie Tours got a lot of awards, namely:
In 2006 Natalie Tours got the golden award in the “Services and servicing” category of National Competition “Brand of the Year/EFFIE 2006”. This is the only contest in Russia recognized worldwide and has the license of American Marketing Association (AMA) which is also included into the international system EFFIE – the most authoritative worldwide award in the sphere of effective marketing communications held in 30 countries.
In 2007 Natalie Tours was granted SKAL club award as the best foreign tour operator for Andorra in winter season 2006-2007.
In 2008 the representative office of ENIT awarded Natalie Tours the diploma for active contribution in the development and promotion of Italian holiday destinations.
In 2008 the cruise company Costa Cruises declared Natalie Tours to be the best agency in sales in Eastern Europe and granted the diploma.
In 2010 Natalie Tours got the annual tourist prize ''Zvezda Travel.Ru'' as “The Best Tourist Agency in Russia specializing in Europe” (except Scandinavia and Baltics).
In 2010 became an owner of “Friend of Thailand 2010” Award initiated by Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). The prize is given to the companies, organizations and people that made the most recognizable contribution into the tourism development in Thailand.
